CASCD Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

CASCD collects member information at our events as well as at our website only when requested. We use this information to communicate directly with our members via postal mail or email, as the members have requested.

Privacy of Member Information:
CASCD protects the privacy of our members. We do not disclose any personal information that you provide, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, or telephone number, to any outside parties, except when we believe it is required by law or to protect our company, customers, or others. CASCD does not sell, rent or exchange this customer information with any other businesses or entity.

Outside Vendors:
CASCD employs the services of outside vendors to perform some services, including, but not limited to, website development, email marketing, postal marketing, mailing house services, etc. In the performance of their duties, these outside vendors have access to some CASCD member information. These vendors are required by CASCD to subscribe to the CASCD Privacy Policy as written.

CASCD does not knowingly collect information from customers under the age of 18. Customers under the age of 18 are advised not to submit any personal information to our website. CASCD deletes all personal information collected from individuals under the age of 18, if known.
